When you run the free scan: the base address you type, your trade, and the radius you pick. No email address, no account, no name. If you ask us to save the scan, the email you type as well.

When you buy: the email address on your card receipt, and a sign-in key we email you. We never see or store your card number.

When you write your Brief: your business name, years trading, license number if your state requires one, whether you carry insurance, one sentence on why someone should meet you, and any organization you tell us never to approach.

While we work for you: the calendar windows you gave us, the scans you have run, the introductions we sent on your behalf, the replies they got, and the record of each meeting — who, which organization, the time they picked, and whether it held.

On every page: which page was read, when, and a guess at whether the visitor was a browser or a machine. No cookie is read for this, and we do not store an address that identifies you personally with it.

• Stripe takes the payment on its own hosted page and holds the card and the receipt email. We receive the email address and the amount.
• NanoCorp is the platform GoFlo is built and hosted on, at nanocorp.app and nanocorp.so, and it is what sends our email.
• Vercel and Cloudflare serve the site and sit in front of it, so they see the ordinary request log of any web server.
• Neon hosts the database the records above live in, in the United States, over an encrypted connection.
• The US Census geocoder, OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Zippopotam turn the address you type into a point on a map so we can name your metro. They receive the address and nothing else about you.
• The platform's analytics tag counts page views for the whole site. Our own funnel counting is in our own database, described above.

That is the whole list. No advertising network, no data broker, no tracking pixel in any email we send.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not share them with another contractor, in your trade or any other, in your metro or any other. Your Brief, your count, your calendar and your meetings are yours alone.

The only place any of it leaves GoFlo is inside the introduction you asked us to send: it names your business and says why you are worth 20 minutes. It never carries your license number, your email address, your Brief or your phone number.

Two, both strictly necessary and neither used for advertising. One remembers the scan you were looking at when you left for the card form, so we can join your payment to it. One is your sign-in key after you pay, so you never have to type a password. There is no advertising or cross-site cookie on this site.

We hold work-role details for commercial property managers, facility and maintenance directors, HOA and community managers and insurance adjusters: name, role, organization, metro and work email. It is business-contact information, used to write to them about business they are paid to handle.

Every email we send says who it is from and who it is for, carries no tracking pixel and no attachment, and offers a one-click way never to be contacted again. We honor that permanently, for every contractor, immediately. Anyone listed can email us to see what we hold or to be removed.

Scans that never became a purchase: 12 months, then deleted. A buyer's Brief, calendar and meeting records: while you are a customer and for 24 months after your last meeting, because a replacement or a refund question can arrive later. Payment records: as long as Stripe and US tax rules require. A do-not-contact request: kept forever, because that is the only way to keep honoring it.

Email hello@goflo.nanocorp.app from the address we know you by and ask for an export or a deletion. We answer the same day and finish within 30 days. Deletion is real deletion, not a flag, except for the payment record Stripe must keep and any do-not-contact entry.

If you are mid-delivery, deleting your Brief stops the outreach, because we cannot introduce a business we no longer hold the details of. We will say so before we do it.

GoFlo is sold to US businesses in the metros on our markets page, and everything above is stored in the United States. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a minor.
