Terms

Terms

Plain English, and short on purpose. Every rule below is the same rule, in the same words, as the one on the home page and the scan result. If you find two versions of anything on this site, the mistake is ours — tell us and we will fix it.

What GoFlo sells

One confirmed 20-minute meeting with a named decision-maker at a named commercial property organization in your metro, at a time that person picked out of the calendar windows you gave us. $249 for one meeting. That is the whole product: not a list, not a subscription, not a guaranteed job.

We work water and fire damage restoration, roofing, HVAC and plumbing, in the metros listed on our markets page. If your metro or trade is not open we will not sell you a meeting in it.

Payment

The scan is free and needs no email address. When you decide to buy, $249 is charged once by card, up front, before we write to anyone on your behalf — that is how the outreach gets paid for. There is no contract, no monthly fee and nothing to cancel. If no meeting is confirmed within 21 days, every cent goes back.

Payment is taken on a hosted Stripe checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Refund and replacement

If no meeting is confirmed within 21 days, you get a full refund. You never have to ask for it.

If they do not show up, or they are not the kind of organization you asked for, the next meeting is free. No form and no proof needed.

The whole policy, including what it does not cover, is on the refund policy page.

Whose name is on the outreach

GoFlo writes and sends the email, and signs it GoFlo. It introduces you by your business name and says why you are worth 20 minutes. Replies and the booking link come back to us, never to your inbox, so nothing goes out looking as though you are cold-emailing strangers yourself.

You tell us your business name, how long you have been trading, your license number where your state requires one, whether you carry insurance, and one sentence on why someone should meet you. We do not embellish any of it. If a claim in your brief turns out to be untrue we stop the outreach, because the introduction is sent under our name as well as yours.

The count you see before you pay

Radius decides which metro we can work from your base. The number shown is the whole metro we hold, not a radius slice. Names are not shown until a meeting is confirmed.

The count is what our index holds on the day you run the scan, and it moves as the index does. It is not a promise that every one of those people will answer, and we do not promise how many we will approach — only that a meeting is confirmed within 21 days or you are refunded in full.

Exclusivity

Once we approach a person for you, that person is locked to you in your trade and metro. We never introduce them to another contractor in your trade here, and never resell the introduction.

What this does not mean: we work with more than one contractor per metro, and we say so plainly. Exclusivity is per person, not per city.

The people we contact

We write to commercial property managers, facility and maintenance directors, HOA and community managers and insurance adjusters at their work addresses, about business they are paid to handle. Every email says who it is from and who it is for, carries no tracking pixel and no attachment, and offers a one-click way to never be contacted again. We honor that permanently, for every contractor, immediately.

You can give us a list of organizations and people we must never approach on your behalf, and we will not.

Your details

We keep what we need to do the work and nothing else: the email you paid with, your brief, your calendar windows, your scans and your meetings. We do not sell or rent your details, we do not share them with other contractors, and the only place they appear outside GoFlo is inside the introduction you asked us to send. Email hello@goflo.nanocorp.app and we will send you everything we hold on you, or delete it.

The full list — what is collected at each step, every company that processes it, the two cookies, and how long each record is kept — is on the privacy page.

Ending it

There is nothing to cancel. You buy one meeting at a time, and you can tell us to stop the outreach at any moment by replying to any email from us — it stops within the hour. If you stop it before a meeting is confirmed and the 21 days have not run out, ask and we refund you rather than making you wait for the clock.

Who we are, and how to reach us

GoFlo is a new business run by a restoration contractor in the United States. There is no registered company name or office address to print here yet, and we would rather say that plainly than put a legal-looking entity on a page that does not have one. Nothing about the product depends on it: what you buy, when you are charged and when you are refunded are all written above, and the refund runs whether or not you ask.

The way to reach us is hello@goflo.nanocorp.app, which a person reads and answers the same day. There is no phone line, because one person cannot answer a phone and deliver meetings on the same day; if you want to talk, email us and we will call you back. We publish no customer names, quotes or meeting counts, because we have not earned any yet.

The site and the sign-in run on nanocorp.app, which is NanoCorp, the platform GoFlo is built and hosted on. Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. Everything we hold and everyone who processes it is listed on the privacy page.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state GoFlo is operated from, which we will name in writing on request. Any dispute starts as an email to the address above, and while there is no company to sue there is also nothing to argue about that a refund does not settle.
